Research Use Policy

Every product supplied by Pinnacle Labs is designated Research Use Only (RUO). This designation means products are supplied solely as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and analytical purposes by qualified professionals.

Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices, or cosmetics. They are not manufactured under drug GMP conditions and are not sterile unless expressly stated. They may not be used in or on humans or animals under any circumstances.

Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older, must possess the training and facilities appropriate for handling research chemicals, and must ensure products are used exclusively in accordance with the RUO designation and all applicable laws and regulations.

Each production lot is submitted to an independent third-party laboratory (Krause Analytical, Austin, TX) for HPLC-UV-MS identity and purity analysis. The resulting certificate of analysis is published on the relevant product page. Krause Analytical is an independent testing laboratory and does not endorse Pinnacle Labs or its products.

Pinnacle Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reason to believe products may be used contrary to the RUO designation.
