Shipping & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped only to addresses within jurisdictions where receipt of research chemicals is lawful. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.

Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders in sealed glass vials, packaged to protect against light and physical damage during transit. Upon receipt, store according to standard laboratory practice for lyophilized reference materials.

Inspect shipments upon arrival. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and contents where applicable.

For quality and chain-of-custody reasons, products cannot be returned once shipped. If a lot fails to match its published certificate of analysis, contact us for resolution.
